How to choose a busbar processing machine

Three questions narrow down the right busbar machine quickly.
1. What is your largest busbar?
Machines are sized by busbar width and thickness: 120 x 12 mm, 160 x 15 mm, or up to 200 x 15 mm on the CNC line. Choose a capacity that covers your largest regular busbar.
2. How many stations must run at once?
A Series machines have three power packs, so cutting, punching and bending can run simultaneously with three operators. B Series and economic EB machines share one power pack and use one station at a time.
3. How accurate must hole positions be?
EH machines use a handy length stopper. ES machines add a programmable length stopper that stores 20 positions, which saves time on repeated hole patterns.
